Repairs are guaranteed for 3 months on TV’s and 1 month on computers, mobiles and gaming consoles from the date given on the invoice.
Only the word and parts listed on the invoice are covered by the guarantee, Guarantee work will not be carried out if a dated invoice cannot be produced.
Guarantee does not cover servicing of computers, virus removal, CD/DVD/Blu-ray laser cleaning.
Unauthorised entry will void your guarantee.
All guarantee work is undertaken at the manager’s discretion.
NO FIX, NO FEE!
Total fix technology operate a ‘no fix, no fee policy. Simply bring your broken item in for repair and one of our trained technicians will locate and assess the fault, If the technician believes the problem can be resolved they will give you a guided price which may fluctuate upon closer inspection of the item in for repair. If any change to the price occurs a technician will contact you prior to repair to confirm.
If the technician closer inspects the fault and finds that they are unable to make a repair they will contact you via the contact number provided and ask you to collect the item and no cost will be incurred. The item will be returned to you in the same condition it was received.
Please note on liquid damaged items the no fix no fee may differ, please speak to a technician for more details.
